Marking that gives your hours back
inLens takes you from a blank page to a graded, analysed assessment in one place. The test still happens on paper. Everything either side of it happens here.

Four steps, from question paper to student feedback
01
Draft your question paper
Grade, subject, lessons, total marks, question mix and the balance of cognitive levels. The platform drafts the questions; you edit what you want.
We will draft your answer keys
02
Print and conduct
Schedule the date and sections, print the paper, run the test on paper as usual.
03
Upload and evaluate
Scans go up in bulk or one at a time and are matched to students by roll number. Each answer is then read and marked against the key.
We evaluate, but you control the grading
04
Generate reports with feedback
Review whatever is flagged, adjust anything, then issue report cards carrying written feedback. Results flow into analytics and each student's record.

MARKING
inLens proposes. You decide.
Each answer is read from the sheet, matched against the answer key and split into named criteria with a mark on each. You see what was read, what was awarded and why.
Every mark is editable — flagged or not, on any paper, until that report card is generated.
Uncertainty is surfaced, not hidden — unclear answers arrive in a review queue with the reason attached.
Marks lock on issue — once a report card is out, that paper's marks are fixed.
WHY IT FITS A REAL SCHOOL
Paper stays. The marking load doesn’t.
Faster to set, same to sit
Choose the grade, lessons and question mix, and the question paper is drafted for you. Print it and conduct the test as usual: no devices in the exam hall, no change for the class.
The teacher holds every mark
Marks are proposed against your answer key, with anything unclear flagged rather than scored quietly. You can revise any mark on any paper until the report card is issued.
Hours back for teaching
Drafting papers, marking sheets and preparing report cards take hours away from the classroom. inLens absorbs that work, so the time goes back into lesson planning and the students who need help.
ANALYTICS & RECORDS
What the class understood, not just what it scored
Score distribution by grade, averages per assessment, and where the cohort is struggling. Every student keeps a record across the term, with their strongest and weakest subjects and each paper they sat.
Per grade
Distribution and averages recomputed as papers are marked
Per student
A term-long record with every paper and report
Per lesson
Which topics need revisiting before the next test
What if the handwriting is misread?
You see exactly what was read for each answer, alongside the mark awarded. Anything unclear is flagged for review rather than scored quietly, and you can correct any mark yourself.
Can I change a mark after evaluation?
Yes — on any question of any paper, per criterion, until that student's report card is generated. After that the paper's marks are locked.
What if a student needs another chance?
Set up a re-test. It carries the original paper's configuration, can cover selected students across grades, and is tracked against the original so both rounds stay comparable.
Do students or parents log in?
No. inLens is a teacher's tool — there is no student-facing interface. Reports are generated for you to share as your school already does.
Which grades and subjects are supported?
TO CONFIRM — BOARDS, GRADES, SUBJECT LIST
